NoHo Partners Plc to revamp its management team

NoHo Partners Plc has revamped its management team structure to accelerate its new growth strategy. With the changes, the company is seeking clearer accountability and resource allocation behind its strategic growth platforms. At the same time, the company will strengthen the role of country-specific management teams and invest in the future growth and internationalization of the Fast Food business. The company’s strategy and its implementation, financing, acquisitions and purchases will be concentrated in the operations of the Group.

Aku Vikstrom will continue as group CEO and chairman of the group management team. The other members of the Group Management Team are Deputy Chief Executive Officer Jarno SuominenCFO Jarno Vilponen and, as a new member, Director of the Fast Food activity Tuomas Pirtola, whose task is to develop the scalable brand business in Finland and internationally. Piirtola, M.Sc. (Econ.), MBA, (b. 1980), will take up his post from his current position as Country Manager of Jysk Finland Oy. multinational consumer goods company Reckitt Benckiser Plc in Finland and Central Europe, in international management positions at Tamro Plc and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

In addition, the company has set up four management teams with profit responsibility: Finland, Norway, Denmark and Fast Food.

Deputy General Director Jarno Suominen was appointed Country Manager Finland, CEO of NoHo Norway AS Karl Henning Svendsen as Country Manager Norway and CEO of Nordic Hospitality Partners Denmark AS Daniel Vesti Knuttel as Country Director of Denmark. Juha Helminen, previously director of international operations, will continue to advise the company on international acquisitions. The Country Directors and the Director of the Fast Food activity report in their functions to the Group Chief Executive Officer.

The new leadership and management team structure will take effect immediately.
