Pakistan to remain on ‘gray list’ of global terrorist financing watchdog
Pakistan will remain under increased surveillance (gray list), FATF President Marcus Pleyer told a press conference. “Pakistan has largely covered 30/34 points, the most recent action plan which was in June of this year focused on money laundering,” he said. The global terrorist financing watchdog has also put Jordan, Mali and Turkey on a “gray list”, he said. Meanwhile, Mauritius and Botswana have been removed from the list.
