Longer dining hours: Tagaytay restaurants are allowed to operate until 10 p.m.
TAGAYTAY CITY – Restaurants in the popular weekend destination can operate until 10 p.m., following the latest guidelines issued by the Local Government Unit (LGU) which will be implemented October 16-31.
Executive Decree No. 394 signed by Mayor Agnes Tolentino gives diners two extra hours to stay in restaurants in the city.
The allowance for food services remains at a maximum capacity of 30 percent and alfresco dining at 50 percent of maximum capacity.
Weddings, baptisms and other ceremonies are also allowed with a maximum of 30 participants.
The LGU, meanwhile, has opened up its coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccination services to residents of other towns and villages in Cavite.
The city government earlier announced that it had vaccinated 70 percent of its total population, meeting its goal of herd immunity.
